Credit for continuing education:

Continuing EducationThis seminar meets the requirements of the Certifying Board of the National Association of Legal Assistants, Inc. for credit of Continuing Legal Education units toward maintenance of the Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) and Certified Legal Assistant Specialist (CLAS) credential. This seminar also meets the requirements of the National Federation of Paralegal Associations. 

States have widely varying regulations regarding Continuing Education credit for paralegals. Please check your state requirements for more information. 

A Certificate of Attendance will be awarded.

Cancellations & Changes: Cancellations must be received by March 7, 2007 and a full refund will be issued minus a $50.00 administrative processing fee. 

No refunds for "no-shows."

Attendee substitutions for this conference may be made at any time. These substitutions are not transferable to other conferences. 

Seminars are held subject to enrollment. Dates, venue and programs are based on information available upon publication of website and brochure and may be subject to changes. In the event of a conference cancellation, Estrin Professional Careers will make a full refund of any registration fees paid but assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or additional costs incurred by registrants.

No Refunds subject to acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, weather conditions or any other natural or societal disruption making it illegal, impossible, or inadvisable to provide the means to hold the meeting because, for example, the necessary facilities are destroyed or less than functional or transportation is not available.
